More flexible classifcation

It has been an usual for software to be displayed in alphabetically order in the star menu. However, it has been seldom that the software are being arranged to their functions (as what we usually see in the object dock). Furthermore, it is also important to realise that there are programmes that we install and we rarely use (once in a few years), so there is a need to construct a group for these useless software. By doing these, the interface can be minimised and users can have more choices in presenting their start menu.
