Make it more customizable, resizable windows add or remove hotlinks custom fonts

Leave it more open for the user to do what they like with it, let us add a link to a specific program or feature. Also ever since i changed my graphic card and my screen was resized, it doesn't open correctly anymore it opens half way across the task bar, so let us fix things like this by resizing it. Also some like special fonts and other things, let us customize those too
