Make each button on the whole menu like the old XP start button/ like the power control button only longer so the names are written on them. Like this add feedback button(below), but with color n the illusion of dimension(again, the way the power control button looks like its not really flat). But the icon should be beside the actual button. Then add the option to make the buttons all match each other n choose their colors or be able to set it so the buttons automatically match themselves to the primary color of each icon. Or be able to set each section so that all the buttons in that section match colors but be able to choose the colors or set it to random. Or set it to random all n every button will be random colors with no two in a row matching. Now that I would buy. This is okay for free, but the way it is now I wouldn't pay for it at all. It's just not that much better than what we had.
